by Chef Abby “Fabigail” Rothwell.

Our team will lead you through a viticultural journey 

that expresses our incredible environment, passion, and ever growing

presence in the Arizona Wine country.

Private Events include the following options:

Entertainment Menu – A healthy variety of appetizers paired with a Pillsbury Wine flight

OR

a Coursed Dinner Menu – 4 to 6 courses

(depending on client’s preference)

paired with Pillsbury Wines selected by our highly experienced staff.

Our staff is currently available for private events right on property 

at The Prickly Pear Guest House for up to 10 guests,

or at Casa Buena Vista Guest Studio for an intimate dinner for 2!

Larger groups (or small) can be pampered in a private room at our Pillsbury Private Historic Estate located on Willard St. in Cottonwood. Our property is available for ALL groups large or small including rehearsal dinners, weddings, corporate groups, family gatherings, or just any kind of excuse to gather for fun!
